This makes you the content holder for anything that you BC except if you clearly state that you are not the owner of the content, but if the content is of such manner that it is harmful to any person or legal entity and you Broadcast Share or Publish it you are liable for any Legal actions that may derive from such an entry, post, broadcast or Tweet.

So People before you BC any thing please verify the content and make sure you can uphold it in a court of Law.
