This afternoon, Minister Donald Grant will be officially opening a new school library at Du Noon Primary School.
The R500 000 project was funded by Chevron South Africa and included the construction and establishment of the library and the appointment of a full-time librarian to manage the facility. The establishment of this library also includes the installation of IT systems and processes, the provision of audio-visual equipment, and the stocking of the library with books aligned to the curriculum.
